Major requirements:

• Must have at least 5 years of practical experience using the Web to execute marketing campaigns online
• Be able to effectively drive cross-group communication and cooperation, using strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, including the ability to work with international partners
• Possess a personal passion for marketing, technology on the Web
• Strong understanding of website design and web technologies: understand specific online protocols, marketing methods, measurement tools, rendering processes, and public policy
• Express themselves clearly with the ability to explain complex situations in clear terms to management and large groups
• Some management skill or experience, vendor management as a plus
