Major requirements:

Must have at least 5 years of practical experience using the Web to execute marketing campaigns online
Be able to effectively drive cross-group communication and cooperation, using strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, including the ability to work with international partners
Possess a personal passion for marketing, technology on the Web
Strong understanding of website design and web technologies: understand specific online protocols, marketing methods, measurement tools, rendering processes, and public policy
Express themselves clearly with the ability to explain complex situations in clear terms to management and large groups
Some management skill or experience, vendor management as a plus
